New Year, New Me?

So every single year, almost everyone writes down or comes up with a list of things they want to change about themselves in the new year, or they come up with a bucket list of things they want to accomplish. I too did the same thing. I sat down with my notebook and pen and jotted down a list of things I want to change about myself this year.
One of the main things I want to be focusing on this year is becoming healthy. Towards the end half of 2017, I managed to lose 12kgs from healthy eating and the occasional exercise. Seeing my body transform, it has motivated me to go on this journey of becoming much healthier this year. I want to be able to fit into my old clothing, look great and most importantly be healthy.
I want to be able to go for a run if I want to. I want to be able to keep my health on track and keep myself fit. So through out this year, I'll be blogging and sharing my journey to a healthy body and mind.
