There are many ways in which you can take out time to look after yourself. If you feel like life is getting too much or you feel like you need some 'me time'.. Here are a few tips on how to relax your mind and look after yourself.

1. Plug your headphones in and disconnect from the world
2. Read your favourite book
3. Apply a face mask
4. Take a long walk
5. Sit on the floor, light a candle and meditate for 5 minutes.
6. Buy yourself some flowers
7. Fill up the tub and have a bubble bath and play your favourite music
